. C. 1950's Extremely special shell earrings in sterling silver. The patina on these shells accents the carving of the shells and the perfectly balled tips wonderfully. These have a slightly concave back which elevates the design by adding some depth. Purity and hallmarks marked on the back of the shell. I’ve had the earrings converted from screw back to posts, for ease and comfort of wear.
